After being investigated by authorities, Kang Dal-Go is kicked out of his gang. Fleeing for his life from the mob he left behind, he pretends to be a doctor. He is hired by a nearby hospital, but quickly clashes with Kim Yoo-Na, an outspoken doctor at the hospital. His distaste soon turns pleasant as he falls in love with Yoo-Na. However, prosecutor Seok Hee-Jung is also pursuing Yoo-Na, while Yoo-Na's sister-in-law shows an interest in Dal-Go. Although Dal-Go wants to turn the corner and begin a new life, he worries what the reaction will be when others discover his past life.
